Our Process for custom graphic design services:

Step 1 – Select a Design Package CopyRite offers a number of design packages for our various print products. In addition, if you are going to need printing as well, we have packages that will help you save even more money as well as hassle and time. Select a package or call our Graphic Designer at, 1-416-979-5255 ext. 1-2361 for help choosing what is right for you. Once you have chosen CopyRite to assist with your design needs, we will need your contact and billing information plus a deposit to commence work.

Step 2 – Fill in our creative brief Once you have decided on a design package, you will need to fill out a creative brief. This is important as it will help our Graphic Designer understand your organization’s needs, goals and design preferences. We know that you may have questions when filling in our creative brief. Remember, CopyRite’s designers will be with you, every step of the way.

Step 3 – See your unique graphic designs CopyRite’s Graphic Designer will create the initial design based on your creative brief. These designs will be available in 3 days from the go ahead to our design team. The number of initial Stationery designs you receive is based on what package you ordered.

Step 4 – Your revisions After being presented with the initial design concept, it is time to review the design and proceed with revisions. The more specific your comments are the more helpful to our designers in zeroing in on precisely what is the best design for you. Revisions will be available in no more than two days.

Step 5 – Finalize After two rounds of revisions and you are satisfied with your final design, the file will be saved in a number of usable formats for future use.
